How I can help you:
I offer a calm, supportive space to explore what’s happening for you, where you’ll be listened to and supported without judgement - either in my York office or online. Therapy can help guide us toward lasting change, offering support through life’s ups and downs.
Together we will explore and work through what you are dealing with. It could be anything such as stress or relationship issues, anxiety and low mood, or challenges from your past that still affect you today.
Therapy with me is collaborative: I’m here to support and guide you as you make sense of things, gain clarity, and move forwards. I work with individuals, couples, families, and organisations, helping to increase personal insight, fostering greater self-awareness and fulfilment.
My approach
As a relational, person-centered therapist, I prioritise building a trusting and compassionate space, where you feel accepted and heard. This foundation allows us to explore and better understand your thoughts and feelings about yourself. I aim to cultivate self-compassion, authenticity, and deeper connections with yourself and others.
My approach is based on the importance of relationships, how we relate to others, how we see ourselves, and how those patterns can shape the way we experience life.

I support clients with depression, anxiety, phobias, grief, difficulties with emotion regulation, low motivation, and challenges in relationships. Depending on your goals, I offer both short-term therapy focused on specific issues and longer-term, open-ended therapy for deeper exploration and ongoing support.
Sessions start at £65
